How To Fasten A Garter Belt - put it on with 2 belts in front & 2 in back, slide the rubber clasp out at bottom of belts, put top part of hose in clasp & replace rubber into clasp catching hose. repeat on all three sides. ( if the hose have seams make sure they are straight.)
